Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce Installs New Board of Directors
The first luncheon of 2012 kicked off with Tracy Mazanec of Truman Bank as the new board president and emcee.
The Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce kicked off 2012 with the installation of two new Board of Directors members—Nicole Russell of Computer St. Louis and Mike Kempf of Shaggy Sounds DJ. Diana Lineberger of Prudential Select Properites and Tracy Mazanec of Truman Bank were both reelected to serve 3-year terms.
Outgoing Chamber President Richard Bayers handed the new luncheon emcee duties over to incoming president Mazanec, who then introduced the Student of Month. This month’s student was Genevieve Agar from Thomas Jefferson School. She was sponsored by Heartland Bank. Agar is studying calculus, literature, French, Greek, tap dance and yoga all with high honors. She also is co-editor of the school newspaper; is an accomplished musician and music teacher; volunteers in the military/community library at Fort Leonard Wood; organizes and works on student arts and crafts programs and works as a library assistant.
New and returning board members took an oath of service during the lunch served by Orlando Gardens’ staff. After table networking, new member recognitions and raffle drawings, luncheon sponsor Computer St. Louis presented an overview of their business and services.
The next Chamber of Commerce luncheon is Feb. 21.
