Panda Express Coming to Sunset Hills Plaza
The Sunset Hills Board of Aldermen voted to approve a plan also bringing a Mattress Firm and Great Clips to 10722 Sunset Plaza.
A Panda Express, Great Clips and Mattress Firm are all set for construction in Sunset Plaza after the Sunset Hills Board of Aldermen unanimously voted to approve the developers' zoning requests.
The building's facade will be red, residential-style brick with metal shades over the windows, and outdoors, landscaping will include a rain garden out front and parking lot lights, according to developers.
No residents spoke on the topic at the public hearing.
