Special School District Honors Lindbergh Teachers

Special School District of St. Louis County honored 45 staff and community members on March 6 at its annual SSD Salutes Banquet.

 

Special School District of St. Louis County honored 45 staff and community members who have gone above and beyond at its annual SSD Salutes Banquet on March 6, including three educators from Lindbergh Schools, according to a news release from the school district.

Lindbergh High School speech-language pathologist Cyndy Vincent and Lindbergh Early Childhood Education physical therapist Cindy Aubuchon received 2013 Lasting Impression Awards. This award honors the achievements of dedicated individuals who make a difference both in and outside of the classroom, ultimately impacting student success.

In addition, LHS teacher Erin Frien received a Key to the Classroom Award, which honors teachers with creative approaches to student learning, innovative programming and commitment to student success.

Congratulations to these terrific teachers. What wonderful things they are doing for our kids. Lindbergh and the SSD is very fortunate to have them.
