Borders becomes Steinmart, Barnes and Noble becomes some cheapo "savers" store. Crestwood and Sunset Hills change from nice bedroom communities to centers for the "poor" to shop, that is, expect more street crime from the "shoppers" visiting your neighborhood. It's stunning to see how even this area is deteriorating. Can't wait for 4 more years of the Obama gang.
