As a certified life coach, my specialty is helping women who are in mid-life (and beyond) stand in their greatness and honor themselves more so they live a more fulfilling, joyous life. We meet to discuss how we can live a more joy-filled life by using spiritual/Godly life tools. It's not about quoting the Bible or concentrating on religion... it's about using the key tools God gave us to stay in gratitude and peace. We talk about our challenges and find ways to look at the lessons and stay on the path of happiness. We also do a blessing project each month that connects us to our magnificence, lessons, dreams, passion, and purpose.

Sunset Hills Community Center is located on South Lindbergh Boulevard and offers residents a wide range of services and amenities. The location offers numerous fitness programs and equipment, including 20 pieces of cardio equipment, such as treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, striders, and two sections of free weights ranging from light weights and kettle bells to heavy weight dumbbells. The center offers personal training, group fitness and specialized programs and also has a gymnasium available for rental for basketball, volleyball, tennis and soccer.
