Hill, who practices internal medicine at Sunset Hills Adult Medicine on South Lindbergh, will focus on hypertension and diabetes education in the Twitter chat.

Hill's mother became disabled due to diabetes complications, and Hill said in a statement that she hopes the Twitter chat will make a difference for people who may be at risk of diabetes or who currently struggle with it.

"My ambition is to continue to help people help themselves by learning to take control of their medical conditions to the best of their ability and to help provide the best health care to them," she said.
