John Goodman to Receive Honorary Degree from MSU
The Affton native and Sunset Hills (co-)restaurant owner will be honored at the May 2013 graduation. He was a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University.
Affton native John Goodman will be honored next May with an honorary degree from Missouri State University, News-Leader reports. The 1975 graduate of the former Southwest Missouri State University was chosen for his contributions to the university including supporting theater activities, charitable work, scholarship donations, according to the report.
He is known in Sunset Hills as the current co-owner of O'Leary's pub.
