Southbound I-270 Sees Repairs/Delays Starting July 5
Northbound I-270 finishes up repairs by June 20, state highway department says.
The northbound I-270 lanes between Gravois and I-44 intersection will return to their straight, normal paths this weekend, but only two will be open at a time, according to The Missouri Department of Transportation and contractor Millstone Bangert.
Workers are re-doing surfaces and some under-pavement on bridge/flyover sections.
After June 20, northbound I-270 should be finished and wide open.

MoDot provided more detail:
Crews will close the two left lanes on northbound I-270 at 8 p.m. Friday. On Saturday morning, June 18, crews will switch and close the two right lanes of northbound I-270. Also, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, access to the northbound I-270 entrance ramp from Gravois Road (Route 30) will be closed to help ease congestion and delays. All work is expected to be completed by 5 a.m. Monday, June 20.
This work is part of the I-270 rehabilitation projects on the northbound and southbound I-270 bridges over Rott Road and the I-270 bridges over I-44. Work on the southbound bridges will begin after July 4.
