We need about four people for set-up, as well as people to
· Volunteer to work at the Registration table (we need at least four people from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.)
· Volunteer to work at the Auction Check-Out table (we need five people from 8:30 – 10:30 p.m.)
· Supervise the “Volunteer Room” … coordinating assignments and answering volunteers’ questions (time: TBD)
· Work on the post-event crew … picking up leftover auction items and moving them to the lower lobby (10:30 – 11:00 p.m.)
