Laumeier Sculpture Park Voted Finalist in About.com Readers' Choice Awards

The "living laboratory" is nominated for St. Louis' best free attraction.

may be a free attraction, but the possibilities there are priceless. The park has been selected as a finalist in the 2012 About.com Readers' Choice awards for St. Louis' best free attraction.

Voting is open until Wednesday, March 21. Winners are announced March 30. Other finalists include the Saint Louis Zoo, St. Louis Science Center, World Bird Sanctuary and the St. Louis Art Museum. 

Laumeier is the largest arts organization in St. Louis county, showcasing more than 60 works of large-scale outdoor sculptures in a 105-acre park. It is open year-round and sees approximately 300,000 members of the public annually through exhibitions, educational programs and events.
