Chamber Honors Restaurant Owner Who Renovated Business After Fire

Bill Puricelli re-opened his former Imo's franchise as Puricelli's Deli last November.

Last week the Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce honored its 2012 Chamber Award Winners, including a Community Improvement Award for the owner of Puricelli's Deli.

Learn about Puricelli, from the Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber:

Bill Puricelli took a bad situation and made the best out of it. After a kitchen fire in his Imo’s restaurant in March of 2012, he chose to follow his life-long dream and reopen under his family name rather than the Imo’s brand. The Chamber feels like the improvements made to the interior and exterior of the building warrant the Community Improvement Award.

In addition to regular deli favorites (roast beef, pastrami & cheese, meatball sandwich, Cuban, salami), the restaurant offers pork tenderloin, hamburgers, pasta dishes, salads, and of course, pizza.

The restaurant re-opened in November.
