Crestwood Court Conversation Reignites With New Aldermen

See what the Crestwood and Sunset Hills boards will be discussing at their May 14 meetings.

Tuesday night the Crestwood Board of Aldermen will have their first discussion on mall redevelopment with its four newly elected members.

Board members will review an agreement with PGAV Planners for planning services. The previous board appointed Centrum Partners as the site's developer last year, but declined to move forward with PGAV for planning services. If the agreement is approved, the city will be able to move forward in deciding whether to grant Centrum Partners tax assistance to fund the project. The total redevelopment cost is estimated at $121 million, with a proposed $34 million tax increment financing (TIF), a transportation development district (TDD), and community improvement district (CID)
