Comments: Replace the thermometer in the deep freezer. The lower shelves in walk-in storage should be at least six inches off the floor. Fix door closer on men’s room door. Fix holes and worn spots in kitchen walls, hall, and storeroom. Debris build-up noted under glass crates. Worn gasket on the ice machine must be addressed. Pitchers were stored on towels.
