Growlers Pub Space Officially Up For Sale
The Sunset Hills restaurant is on the market--with a single family home attached--for $1.65 million.
After an unsuccessful attempt to sell the former Growlers Pub in Sunset Hills to the owners of Llywelyn's, the Lindbergh Boulevard restaurant space is officially listed on the market for $1.65 million. The 2.2 acre property also includes a single family home, according to itssale listing on Nai Desco.
The space would lease for $150,000 per year, according to the listing.
Growlers closed abruptly in June. Owner Carl Bolm said, "... with the poor economy it was just best to close the doors." Wired Coffee, located in a strip mall across the street, also closed earlier this year.
