Inspection date: Sept. 5
Grade: A (95)
Comments: The inspector discussed a complaint with the restaurant's owner and general manager regarding a customer illness after eating the chicken and waffle meal. "Management agreed that the chicken had an under cooked spot and paid for the customer's meal and gave her a gift certificate," according to the report. There were no other complaints, and IHOP's insurance company was notified, the report says.
No follow-up inspections were scheduled.
