Little Caesars Coming to Crestwood

The owners of the new carry-out pizza place hope to open in August.

A new pizza restaurant is coming to Crestwood’s Watson Plaza. Tuesday night the Board of Aldermen unanimously approved a request for an conditional use permit to open a Little Caesars at 391 Watson Plz., near Shop n Save.

The pizza chain is known for its $5 ready-to-eat pizzas.

The restaurant will offer solely carry-out, representative Tracy Gildehaus said. She said the restaurant will employ two to eight people depending on the demand.

Gildehaus said she and her husband are aiming for an August open. Little Caesers will be open 10:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. daily.

"I think this is long overdue," Ward I alderman Richard Breeding said.
