Inspection date: Aug. 27
Grade: A (97) 
Comments: The inspector noted re-use of chicken boxes to store raw prepped chicken, dirty ceiling vents.

Longhorn Steakhouse, 3642 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
Inspection date: Aug. 28
Grade: A (98)
Comments: Top rail of the batter box was not maintaining a proper temperature. Items were voluntarily discarded. Missing thermometers in some drawer units. The inspector also noted debris accumulation on the ice machine and in the dishwashing area. Corrections must be made by next routine inspection.

Sesame Chinese Restaurant, 10500 Watson Rd.
Inspection Date: Aug. 28
Grade: A (98)
Comments: The inspector noted a few cans of oyster sauce were severely dented. Management agreed not to use the cans for consumption. Several missing and broken thermometers were noted at prep tables and a freezer. The inspector also noted that shelves were lined with cardboard, and certain cans were being re-used for food.

Inspection Date: Aug. 28
Grade: A (98)
Comments:  The inspector noted dirty fixtures in the employee bathroom, including a missing cover on the waste receptacle. Debris was found on walk-in refrigerator floors.
