King Edward's is truly the king of fried things in Crestwood, and for a short time residents can test out some fried green tomatoes.

For fried green tomatoes, the tomatoes are often picked before they've fully ripened and turned red. This makes them easier to fry. In addition to a spicy batter, King Edward's is offering their fried tomatoes with Remoulade, a cream-based sauce with curry or other cajun-based seasonings.
