Comments: Paper towels were not available at the employee hand sink on the food prep line; a knife holder in the kitchen had build-up from improper cleaning. Both items were corrected during the inspection, according to the report.

Comments: Fruit flies were observed by a large mixer. The facility is being treated, according to the report.
