Several longtime mall walkers are losing their space this week with the closing of the Crestwood mall to the public. (LensCrafters remains open.)
On Wednesday, the mall was a welcome shelter from the rain. Here's where some mall walkers said they'd go to keep up their indoor workout routine:
- A fitness club with a pool to walk in the water
- All-in-1-Fitness and Anytime Fitness
- South County Center
- Whitecliff Park (during nice weather)
Another walk who only wanted to be identified as Mary said she's going to stick to her neighborhood now, but worries about how she'll keep busy during hot days, storms, and other inclement weather.
