April 12: Look for Post-Election Collateral Damage

Two boards have personnel changes.

1) Parents of Lindbergh district eighth-graders are invited to meet 9am in the Anne Morrow Lindbergh Room at LHS, with introduction to school principals, athletic director, counselor and LHS Mom's Club parents of older students.

2) First Crestwood Board of Aldermen meeting since Election Day, when Mayor Roy Robinson was ousted from a potential third consecutive term by Alderman Jeff Schlink. The board is expected to decide over sudden job-swap request from the city's top administrator Jim Eckrich, to return to his old job and possible pay cut. City Hall chambers at 7pm.

3) Board meeting 7pm of Lindbergh School District, includes swearing-in of newly elected member Vicki Lorenz Englund, who won a seat April 5, coming in third behind top vote-getter Kathy Kienstra and second, Don Bee—both incumbents. Englund takes a seat vacated by Mark Rudoff, who jumped to a one-year term this year.
