April 28: TV-Free Week Ends in Family Game Night with Free Book

Check it out at Sappington Elementary School.

1) Mid-County Muni Historic Homes Tour, 9:30am-3pm, meet at the Community Center in Whitecliff Park.

2) Sappington's Get Up and Move Night begins at 6:30pm, it's a family night of games and fun, part of a TV-Free Week for students. Get a free book when you submit your log about what you did without TV.

3) Crestwood Memorial Committee meeting, of veterans, 3:30pm in the Fire Training room, City Hall complex.

4) Sunset Hills Board of Adjustment 7pm in City Hall will look at the appeal for a setback variance at 13068 W. Watson Rd., by Ken Boegeman, Jr. to rebuild portions of a house damaged by a tornado on New Year's Eve.

5) Crestwood is looking for volunteers at both the Sappington House Library and Gift shop, open Wed.-Sat. 11am -2pm for tours. Contact Rosann Shannon at 314-729-4837.
