Crestwood: Women Look to the Future
Spa Sanctuary for Women shares a night of envisioning goals and encouragement.
Women gathered at Barnes & Noble on Watson Road this month and someone's home to participate in a Well Woman Workshop with Janet Gray. Gray operates Spa Sanctuary for Women.
The group made what Gray calls vision boards.
"Vision boards can be whatever you want," Gray explained to the group. "They are usually used with pictures to envision things you would like for your future, but you can put words too. Anything that inspires you. It's your board."
