1) Sunset Hills swim and dive team meets 3:30 p.m. -10 p.m. at the city pool in Watson Trail Park.

2) Children's Magic Carpet program 2 p.m. today at Oak Bend Branch Library about ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt with song and story—children and families.

4) Book Club for adults meets 7:30 p.m. at Oak Bend Branch Library discussing Color of Water.

5) Lindbergh High School's Lady Flyers 4x800-meter relay team (track and field) won the State Championship with the fifth-fastest time in state history, and a school record-breaking time of 9 minutes, 14 seconds. That team includes sophomore Sarah McCaughey, junior Marina White, and seniors Grace Watt and Colleen Riley.
