We Have a Decision

Mrs. Calabash is going home.

The lovely Mrs. Calabash has been adopted.

Still needing dates for the prom are HoHo (pictured here) Smokey, Butler, Tootsie, Caesar and Shep. See photos by clicking on this link

HoHo is a 7-month-old kitten who came in out of the cold on Christmas Eve.

Calabash spent weeks at Crestwood's White Cliff Park animal shelter, under the loving ways of Crestwood's Animal Control Officer Suzie Sutton.

There was some thought Calabash would wait for Sutton's retirement bash to leave. Sutton finishes up March 31. The city advertised for a new animal control officer in February.

With the Calabash adoption Monday, Sutton sees an uptick in interest for the kitties.
