Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis Holiday Party

Families of individuals with Down syndrome will come from all parts of the St. Louis area on Sunday to celebrate the start of the holiday season with the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis (DSAGSL). The annual event, being held once again at the Holiday Inn Southwest – Viking Conference Center will feature music, dancing, karaoke, crafts, face painting and more for over 500 guests from 1-4 p.m. Over 50 volunteers are expected to join the party, as well.

Party-goers are also invited to take photos with Santa starting at 2 p.m., after a reading of “The Night Before Christmas”. New families of children with Down syndrome are encouraged to attend and get to know other families and the support resources offered by the DSAGSL. The organization’s 2013 calendar, Friends for All Seasons, will also be available for ordering throughout the duration of the event.

For more information about the holiday party, volunteering or ordering a calendar, please contact Barbara at 314.961.2504 or barbara@dsagsl.org.
