Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri Hosts First Annual College Fair

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri organized an event to encourage high school age Littles to start planning for the future.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri recently hosted its first annual  College Fair. The event was held at Big Brothers Big Sisters’ St. Louis office  and featured speakers and representatives from business, technical schools,  colleges and the military.

The focus of the event was to provide an opportunity for high school age  Little Brothers and Little Sisters to get information related to life after high  school. Ginny Baldridge of Your Executive Image presented helpful tips for  networking and professional presentation. College Bound offered information  about its program as well as details about financial aid for postsecondary  pursuits.

Attending organizations included  the Art Institute, College Bound,  Fontbonne University, Lindenwood University, Ranken Technical College, St. Louis  University, Southeast Missouri State University, St. Louis Community College,  University of Missouri - St. Louis, U.S. Coast Guard, Washington University and  Your Executive Image, LLC.
