Affton Thrift Store Closes Abruptly
Red Racks employees were in the dark about the future of the store, which held a half-off sale on Thursday.

Red Racks Thrift Store in Affton closed Thursday after being in business since spring of 2012.
Employees at the store Thursday, who didn't want to be identified, said there is a possibility of reopening, but couldn't say when or where. Red Racks' main office couldn't be reached for comment immediately.
"I'm trying to make the best of this," said Nathan Bickler, who lives down the street, as he picked out shirts.
He said he likes the store better than the Creve Coeur location because it has better prices. He said he likes the selection too.
There is also a Red Racks store in Ballwin, as well as Creve Coeur.
