Blotter: Both Parties Claim to Be Victim of Domestic Assault

Assault, fighting

  • 9: A domestic assault was reported to Sunset Hills Police after the fact.
  • 13: A civil disturbance was reported at Holiday Inn/Mile 277, 10709 Watson, 11:27 p.m.
  • 14: A domestic assault was reported at Econo Lodge, 3730 S. Lindbergh, around 2:21 a.m.
  • 16: A fight was reported at Helen Fitzgerald’s, 3650 S. Lindbergh, around 6:30 p.m. No charges were issued.
  • 17: A domestic disturbance was reported at Days Inn, 3654 S. Lindbergh, around 1:30 a.m. Both parties claimed to be the victim of assault, according to the report.
  • 17: An assault was reported Econo Lodge, 3730 S. Lindbergh, around 7 p.m. The incident is currently under investigation, according to police.

Theft

  • 8: A family disagreement originally reported to police as a theft was resolved between family members, according to police reports.
  • 14: A stolen vehicle was reported at Interstate 270 and Interstate 44, 4:12 p.m.
  • 15: Tools were taken from a construction site at Faith Church St. Louis, 13001 Gravois, around 10:13 a.m.
  • 15: A customer drove off without paying at Phillips 66, 4466 S. Lindbergh, around 3:09 p.m.

  • 15: Vehicle windows were broken on two vehicles parked on the 8800 block of Woodfox and 8800 block of Cragwold. No items were stolen, according to police.

Driving while intoxicated, drunkenness

  • 8: An intoxicated person at Days Inn, 3654 S. Lindbergh, was placed into protective custody around 1:11 a.m.
  • 10: Lindbergh Boulevard northbound at Sunset Terrace, 12:51 a.m.
  • 16: A driver was stopped on Interstate 270 near Interstate 44 around 2:18 a.m.

  • 13: Wired Coffee, 3860 S. Lindbergh, reported a peace disturbance around 10:47 a.m.
  • 16: A peace disturbance was reported at Helen Fitzgerald’s, 3650 S. Lindbergh, around 12:26 a.m.
  • 16: A noise complaint was made on the 200 block of Deane around 6:24 p.m.
  • 17: An officer to keep the peace was ordered to Days Inn, 3654 S. Lindbergh. A woman who was wanted on a Webster Groves warrant was placed into custody.
