Crestwood Police Blotter: Shopper Uses Counterfeit Cash, Vandalism to Car

Reports from Crestwood Police on area enforcement and criminal activity.

The  provided the following list of incidents reported in the area for July 20-27:

Saturday, July 21

  • Someone scratched the paint and glass of a vehicle on Crest Oak.

Monday, July 23

  • Three counterfeit 50 dollar bills were used at Kohl's, 13130 Rivercrest Dr.
  • A laptop and GPS device were stolen from a vehicle on Lodge Pole. 

Tuesday, July 24

  • Someone scratched the paint on a vehicle parked at a restaurant on Watson Road.
  • Birdseed, soap, and another undetermined liquid were poured on a car on East Watson Road.
  • Money and a handgun were taken from a vehicle on General Grant.

Wednesday, July 25

  • Copper wire was taken from a building on Watson Road that is being renovated.
  • Someone drove off after fueling up at Mobil on the Go, 9950 Big Bend Rd. 
  • License plates were taken from a vehicle on Bel Vista.
