A Crestwood woman received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident in Jefferson County on Sunday, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Samantha Fisher was headed northbound on Interstate 55 when she traveled off the left side of the road, according to the report. She over-corrected when turning back onto the roadway, causing the car to skid. Her vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a post.
Fisher was transported to Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus. Her car sustained moderate damage, according to the report.
