Police Investigate Reports of Embezzlement at Sunset Hills Store

Embezzlement

  • June 6: Sunset Hills Police investigated reports of employee theft at Bed, Bath and Beyond, 10770 Sunset Hills Plz. The case has moved to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, according to police. Patch will update this story as more information becomes available. 
Theft
  • May 31: A boat trailer was reported stolen from Meramec Marina, 13156 Old Gravois Rd., though the resident later found out a friend borrowed it.
  • June 3: A customer drove off without paying at Phillips 66, 10743 Watson Rd.
  • June 3: A license plate was reported lost or stolen from the 11900 block of Gravois Road.
  • June 4: Two individuals were charged with attempting to steal more than $200 in merchandise from Home Depot, 10890 Sunset Hills Plz. 
  • June 4: A Friendship Village resident said a ring was taken while at the Friendship Village Salon. 
  • June 5: A ring was reported stolen on Village Circle Drive. 
Drug paraphernalia
  • June 1: Two people were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at Econo Lodge, 3730 S. Lindbergh Blvd., around 1:35 a.m.
DWI
  • June 2: Lindbergh at Fairlind, 1:38 a.m.
Drunkenness
  • June 1: Steak n Shake, 1523 S. Lindbergh, 12:52 a.m.
  • June 6: Mile 277, 10709 Watson Rd., 12:36 a.m.
  • June 6: Conoco, 11605 Gravois Rd., 1:04 p.m.
Fugitive arrests
  • June 3, Sunset Hills Police Department, 3905 S. Lindbergh Blvd.
