Crestwood Selects New Law Firm

Call Newspapers bids a "good riddance" to departing attorney Rob Golterman.

Last month the Crestwood Board of Aldermen unanimously approved St. Louis law firm Lashly & Baer to take over their legal work. Lisa Stump will serve as the primary attorney for the city, with the assistance of a small team, she said.

Stump said Lashly & Baer has a department that focuses on serving municipalities and other public bodies. She has represented the City of Festus, Rockwood School District, and the St. Louis County Library, to name a few.

Longtime city attorney Rob Golterman announced last fall he intended to step down. Around 20 candidates were considered, Alderman Darryl Wallach said.
