Grade: A (98)
Comments: The inspector responded to a complaint from Feb. 16 regarding two customers getting sick after consuming whole wheat pancakes, egg substitute and turkey bacon. The inspector did not find any temperature violations, bare hand contact with food, or sick employees. The Health Department did not receive any other complaints, according to the inspection report.

Inspection date: Feb. 27
Grade: A (100)
Comments: This was an opening inspection. An advisory for undercooked eggs and hamburgers must be included in the menu or ‘conspicuous to everyone,’ according to the inspection report. Read more about the opening of The Barn. 

Tapawingo National Golf Club, 13001 Gary Player Dr.
Inspection date: Feb. 13
Grade: A (98)
Comments: This was an opening inspection. Debris on floors in walk-ins and under equipment must be maintained clean.

Inspection date: Feb. 6
Grade: A (100)
Comments: Thermometers were missing from three prep tables; utensils stored in water must be under running water; debris accumulation on banquet refrigerator shelving must be maintained clean. Corrections must be made before the next routine inspection.
