Comments: A box of potatoes found stored on the floor was moved to a shelf. Single service items stored on the floor of the basement were moved to shelving.

Applebee's, 9031 Watson Rd.
Inspection date: July 29
Grade: 98 (A)
Comments: Dishes on a top shelf weren't stored food contact side down. The inspector noted a cracked ice scoop and bucket needed to be repaired or replaced by Aug. 6.

Inspection date: July 29
Grade: 100 (A)
Comments: Bottles of cleaner were not properly labeled. Bottles found hanging near dishes and food containers were moved away from food items.

Jack in the Box, 9805 Watson Rd.
Inspection date: July 29
Grade: 99 (A)
Comments: The dish machine did not contain proper levels of sanitizer. Single service items were not stored food contact side down. The inspector a mold-like substance on an ice machine and dust buildup on fans in the walk-in cooler. 

Puricelli's Deli, 9600 Watson Rd.
Inspection date: Aug. 13
Grade: 100 (A)
Comments: The sugar bin was not labeled properly, and single service containers were stored on the floor.
