Here's What It Looks Like; Crestwood's New Picnic Pavilion in Whiteciff Park

Park Maintenance reveals 19 other chores.

Crestwood accepted the generous donation from the local Rotary, for a new picnic pavilion in Whitecliff Park, near the Aquatic Center and Community Center. A deck previously there rotted out and will be taken down by the city.

Crestwood-Sunset Hills Rotary Club will buy a $13,810 wood kit for the city to build a 24 by 36 foot shelter, and donate a plaque saying they did so.

The city will spend another $14,500 on labor, foundation and tear-down. City officials said the picnic area would generate about $2,800 annually in rental revenue.
