Car Show Time

The Route 66 Classic Car Cruise is once again coming to Sunset Ford this year.  The venue worked out great last year and we made a few upgrades to enhance your experience. The show is on Saturday, August 10th and runs from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and features a parade, car show, Kid's Corner and concludes with a free concert by The Ralph Butler Band from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Sunset Ford (Presenting Sponsor and Host) is located at 11700 Gravois Road, at Lindbergh Blvd.  There is plenty of spectator parking across Lindbergh at the Laborers' International Union of America Hall (formerly Two Hearts Banquet Center) and other nearby lots.  Look for the signs.
Not-for-Profit organizations will be supplying all of the food and beverages at the event.  They include the Crestwood-Sunset Hills Area Chamber of Commerce, The Knights of Columbus, The Crestwood-Sunset Hills Kiwanis Club, The Marine Corps League, The Kirkwood Lions Club and the Boy Scouts of America.
Excess proceeds from the event will go to SAJE Ministries.  SAJE Senior Ministry provides health and social services to assist senior citizens in Crestwood and Sunset Hills, regardless of religious affiliation, to help them live safely in their homes. SAJE offers several programs to help seniors stay healthy, engaged and independent. Programs include health education and screenings, home visits, exercise classes, Lunch and Learn programs, and assistance with transportation and minor home repairs.
