Drop Off Unwanted Electronics at Sperreng Middle School

The Lindbergh School District is hosting a free electronics recycling event on May 11.

Do you have old computers, televisions or lawn mowers ready for the trash? Safetly dispose of them on Saturday, May 11 through Sperreng Middle School and Midwest Recycling Center.

The school will host a free electronics recycling event from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., rain or shine. 

Eligible items include: computers (including laptops), printers, keyboards, hard drives, cell phones, pagers, radios, scanners, speakers, DVD and VCRs, fax machines, answering machines, microwaves and other kitchen appliances, furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners, power tools and any lawn and garden equipment (oil and gas must be drained before drop-off). There is a limit of one television per car, with a $15 charge per additional television.

Smoke detectors, glass lamps, light bulbs and flourescent tubes will not be accepted.
