National Healthcare Decision Day

Reuter Law Firm, Dan Reuter and Erin Reuter will host workshops in participation of National Healthcare Decision Day on Monday, April 16th and Monday, April 30th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at their law office located in the Clubs Centre Building at 12300 Old Tesson Road, Suite 100-B, St. Louis, MO 63128 to speak about the MoBar Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare and Healthcare Directive along with the HIPAA Privacy Authorization form that will be distributed to attendees.  During the workshops your questions will be answered and assistance will be provided in completing the forms free of charge.  Additional workshop dates and locations are available.
