LHS Hockey Player to Attend USA Camp

Lindbergh High School student Luke Opilka is one of 52 American hockey players born in 1997 who has been invited to USA Hockey’s National Team Development Program Evaluation Camp, March 22-26 in Ann Arbor, Mich. Opilka plays goaltender for the St. Louis Blues Midget Minor team. At camp, he will participate in on-ice practices, off-ice training, and two full games. Luke is one of five players from Missouri to be selected for the camp.

LHS Students Selected for Missouri Scholars 100

Lindbergh High School seniors Tiffany Lee and Vidhan Srivastava have been selected for the 2013 Missouri Scholars 100, a statewide program that honors 100 of Missouri’s top academic students in the graduating class of 2013. Missouri Scholars 100 is sponsored by the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals and students are nominated based on their grade point average and ACT or SAT score.

Students Earn Horatio Alger Scholarship

Lindbergh High School seniors Isobo Amaso and MacKenzie Brown are among 10 recipients of the $5,000 Horatio Alger Missouri Scholarship. The Horatio Alger Association recognizes students who show integrity and perseverance in the face of adversity.
