Lindbergh Schools, Retired Educators Collect Food for Neighbors in Need

More than 6,000 food items, 2,854 pounds of food, was enough to provide 2,283 meals to the St. Louis Area Foodbank.

As seen on the Lindbergh School District website, Lindbergh Schools and Lindbergh Retired Educators teams up to collect more than 6,00 food items as part of a community food drive late last month. 

Students, staff and retired educators from the district were each asked to donate one nonperishable food item.

More than 2,854 pounds of food were collected, enough to make 2,283 meals by the St. Louis Area Foodbank.
