Lindbergh Schools Sees Small Surplus in Upcoming Year's Budget

The Lindbergh School District will see a surplus for the 2013-2014 school year operating budget.

Right at $61,576,532 is expected in expenditures with $61,581,211 in revenue, which equates to a $4,679 surplus, according to the Call, which also reports expenditures total $99,563 more than the district’s final 2012-2013 budget.

Increased expenditures include a 2-percent salary increase for district employees, and a 2-percent increase in health insurance benefits.
