Summer High School Registration Begins April 4

Lindbergh students can get a second chance by getting additional graduation credits, taking extra courses.

Lindbergh High School students can beat the heat this summer with the Summer Program. Students have an opportunity to recover needed credits for graduation and take courses that may be difficult to incorporate into their regular school year schedule.

The six-week program runs June 11-July 19, and specific six-week course(s) will determine class times:

  • Students taking one course will attend from 7:45-10:25 a.m. or from 10:35 a.m.-1:15 p.m.
  • Students taking two courses will attend from 7:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m.

A condensed program from June 11-June 28 has one session from 7:45 a.m.-1:15 p.m.

Students may not take a six-week and condensed course in the same summer. Summer school will not be in session on Fridays or on Monday, July 4.

Students currently attending may begin registering for classes on Monday, April 2, at 7 a.m. in the Counseling Center. Eighth-grade students currently at Sperreng or Truman may submit their registration forms at Sperreng or Truman middle schools beginning on Monday, April 2.

Residents not currently attending Lindbergh Schools must complete an enrollment packet. Contact Pauline Gilbers at 314-729-2410 to schedule an appointment. A principal or counselor signature is necessary on the enrollment form. For non-residents, summer school tuition is $300 for each course and is due upon registration. Checks should be made payable to Lindbergh Schools.  If classes become full, preference will be given to Lindbergh residents.

Preliminary schedules will be mailed by May 4 and final schedules will be distributed on the first day of summer session, outside Room 59 at Lindbergh High School.
