T'ai Chi is a Chinese method of self defense as well as a moving meditation which consists of slow continuous movements performed in a relaxed manner. T'ai Chi's numerous benefits to the body include restoring balance, cultivating peace and perseverance and strengthening the body. The beginner session is 6:30 pm to 7:25 pm, the intermediate session is 7:30 pm to 8:25 pm. This is a 10-session class.
