Credit Union Hit Twice by Twisters Donates Cash for Joplin Victims

Vantage donated $2,000 so far, with another $1,400 in "Spare Change" jars, and counting.

A financial institution that was hit by twisters in both Sunset Hills and Bridgeton on New Year's Day and Good Friday, donated $2,000 to Joplin, MO for tornado relief.

Vantage Credit Union President/CEO, Hubert Hoosman, Jr. said Vantage offices were virtually unscathed—in comparison to what Joplin suffered.

“We see the destruction literally all around us and we count our blessings that we were spared,” Hoosman said Tuesday, in an announcement.
