One of the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. From dirty to dozen, this place is creepy in nature and has a house full of drug dealers who reside here, not to even mention the police is always here looking for drug crack heads. They never fix nothing, a lot of things here are so old that it needs to be seriously replaced. But no one ever does and your calls go unanswered when it comes to complaints regarding maintance of the buildings. I would rather live under a bridge then live here. Seriously, do some research before moving in to Forest View.

AWFUL! THE ONLY WORD THAT COMES TO MIND WHEN I THINK OF THIS RAT SHACK. OTHERS WHO SAID THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT CREEPY AND FULL OF DRUG DEALERS IS 100% RIGHT. I'M AFRAID TO DRIVE AT NIGHT TO VISIT MY FRIEND HERE AT NIGHT. I SEE PEOPLE WHO SOLICIT DRUGS OR ILEGAL PARAPHERNALIA AROUND. THE DAY THESE APARTMENTS GET TORN DOWN WILL BE THE HAPPIEST DAY OF A LOT OF PEOPLES LIVES. I'M SURE OF IT. NOT TO LEAST MENTION THEY CAN'T EVEN TREAT THEIR CURRENT OR FORMER EMPLIOYEES WITH DIGNITY OR RESPECT TO SAY THE LEAST. NO TYPE OF BENEFITS ARE GIVEN AS EXTRA, THE ONLY THING THEY OFFER IS FREE OR REDUCED RENT, BUT MAKE YOU WORK 10X AS HARD FOR IT. PATHETIC!
