Man Charged With Commerce Bank Holdup in Webster Groves

Webster Groves Police said the man handed the teller a note demanding cash and indicating that he had a gun and would shoot.

An Illinois man is accused of holding up a Webster Groves bank Jan. 18. Keith Dunlap, of Trenton, IL, was charged Tuesday with robbing the Commerce Bank branch in Webster Groves, 8050 Big Bend Blvd., at about 4:12 p.m. Jan. 18. The teller handed over $2,964 in cash. Man Hit By Ambulance on I-44 Connected to Fenton Bank Robbery

Joseph L. Haring, who was struck while walking on Interstate 44 Friday morning, is wanted for questioning in a robbery at Reliance Bank on Wednesday.

Police have identified the pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Interstate 44 Friday morning as a man wanted for questioning in a Fenton bank robbery earlier this week. The pedestrian was identified by Missouri State Highway Patrol as Joseph L. Haring.  A Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report indicated Haring was walking on the inside shoulder of the highway and into the roadway when he was hit by the ambulance. The ambulance swerved to the right in an effort to avoid Haring, but he was struck by the left side of the ambulance, the report said.  Haring sustained serious injuries in the accident and was taken to the hospital. Southfield Center Jefferson Bank Robbed

The suspected showed no weapon and no one was injured.

St. Louis County police are searching for a suspected bank robber who demanded money at the Jefferson Bank at 5475 Southfield Center, near Ronnie's Cinema. At 11:20 a.m. county police officers from the Affton-Southwest Precinct responded to the call of a bank robbery. According to police a man had entered the bank and demanded money. The subject then fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. No one was injured. No weapon was displayed. St. Louis County police detectives from the Bureau of Crimes Against Persons responded to conduct the investigation.  The suspect is described as a white man in his late 20’s to mid-30’s,   approximately 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with brown hair. Apparent 'Logo Bandit' Strikes Crestwood's PNC Bank

This is the fifth suspected robbery from the bandit in the St. Louis area.

Approximately 10:30 a.m. at the PNC Bank at 9297 Watson Rd., the man deemed as the "Logo Bandit" struck again.  According to STLToday.com, the man handed a note demanding money to a teller at the bank. He did not show a weapon but implied that he had one. No one was harmed in today's robbery.  Bandittrackerstlouis.com shows that this is fifth suspected robbery by the Bandit, who looks like he could be in his late 30s to early 40s. He weighs approximately 180 lbs. He has a mustache and today he was wearing a hooded zip-up blue and khaki Adidas coat and a blue St. Louis Cardinals baseball cap with a red bill. Police Seek Suspect After Tesson Ferry Bank Robbery

A masked man robbed the Electro Savings Credit Union Friday morning.

The Electro Savings Credit Union at 12400 Tesson Ferry Road in Concord was robbed Friday morning, Sgt. James McWilliams of the St. Louis County Police said. At approximately 9:15 a.m., St. Louis County police responded to a call about a bank robbery. A masked man had entered the bank and demanded money. He did not display any weapons, and no one was injured.  The subject fled the bank in a white Chevy Uplander with an undetermined amount of cash. Police said the subject was described as a white male, 5 foot,7 inches tall and of medium build. He was wearing a green ski mask and a blue coat with white strips on the sleeves.
