Crestwood Police Department reports on law enforcement and criminal activity, Feb. 1-22.
Feb. 2: A customer drove off without paying at Circle K, 8600 Watson Rd. Feb. 6: A credit card was taken from a woman's purse at a party on Crestwood Manor. 6: A customer drove off without paying at Circle K, 9931 Watson Rd. A shoplifter left Kohl’s with a watch and necklace valued at $170. 10: A window in Crestwood Court was struck with a BB. 14: Two individuals were taken into custody for attempting to steal clothes and jewelry from Kohl's valued at $49. 16: Someone smashed the window out of a 2012 GMC pickup truck parked at a restaurant on the 9800 block of Watson Road and took a GPS unit and 32-caliber Beretta. The items were valued at $600. 20: Graffiti was painted on a retaining wall at Sappington and Hartsdale.

Terrorist threats Feb. 11: Police were called to Holiday Inn/Mile 277, 10709 Watson Rd., to investigate a potential terrorist threat. Officers found a disgruntled employee had made threats against his place of employment.
