Terrorist threats Feb. 11: Police were called to Holiday Inn/Mile 277, 10709 Watson Rd., to investigate a potential terrorist threat. Officers found a disgruntled employee had made threats against his place of employment. Whoa, lots of "incidents", whatever those are, especially the animal variety. I guess that could be barking dogs. Not sure what the "juvenile incident" at the Sculpture Park would be -- vandalism? Otherwise, just the usual assaults, property destruction and fugitive arrests at Mile 277, Econo Lodge and this week, Five Guys joins in. Lastly, how does a fugitive get arrested at the Post Office? …   more ›

Blotter: Liquor Thieves Price Tag Swappers

Crestwood Police Department reports on law enforcement and criminal activity, Jan 12-31.

Jan. 12: A Shop n' Save shoplifter took bottle of Evans Williams whiskey valued at $9.99. Jan. 14: Circle K, 9900 Watson Rd, said a customer drove off without paying. A similar incident occurred Jan. 22. Jan. 17: A bottle of Captain Morgan rum valued at $24 was taken from Shop n' Save. Jan. 23: A resident on Cornish reported mail was stolen from their mailbox. Jan. 31: Shop n' Save said customers swapped price tags on certain items, resulting in a net loss to store of $26. Jan. 28: Mobil on the Run reported a gas driveoff. A similar incident occurred Jan. 30.

Blotter: LED TV's Stolen from Sam's Club

Crestwood Police Department reports on law enforcement and criminal activity.

Dec. 29: A shoplifter at Kohl’s took approximately $386 in clothing. Dec. 31: Mobil on the Run said a customer left without paying. A second customer drive-off occurred on Jan. 6. Jan. 6: A resident on Glenfield Terrace reported a dent to the hood of their 2005 Jeep. Jan. 8: Sam’s Club reported two stolen 32-inch LED TV’s. The electronics were valued at $1,200.  Jan. 8: Mail was stolen from a mailbox on Silver Crest. Jan. 9: All-in-One Fitness noticed two BB holes in windows on the Watson Road business. Jan. 9: Two customers drove off without paying at Circle K. Another customer drive-off was reported Jan. 10. Jan. 9: A license plate was taken from a vehicle on Rock Hill Road.

She was arrested in a jurisdiction. Other jurisdictions investigating similar crimes now have forensics available to cross match. She got busted in one city then other cities find the first forensics match thus multiple arrests and charges. 2bad4her - she can't get concurrent sentences in separate incidents. Each are tried on their own. Lots more jail time in her future. .   more ›

Samantha Lay 17 going on 50. That's not going to end well. Frank Fuchs, now there's a serious loser. Lots of faces of meth. What in the world is the attraction to that stuff? Anyway, I wish we had another planet to deploy all these individuals to. Oh, and the guy who pulled the trigger but the gun didn't fire, he deserves attempted murder at the least. The victim will be scarred for life.   more ›
