Syberg's on Gravois Expanding, Helen Fitzgerald's Gets New Menu
Syberg's is updating the shark-themed family favorite.
Customers at Syberg's restaurants will soon notice some updates. Syberg's on Gravois is expanding to fill out their home in the 7800 block of Gravois. All five restaurants owned by the chain, including Helen Fitzgerald's in Sunset Hills, will introduce new menus. Details aren't final for Syberg's on Gravois, said marketing manager Tracy Stamper, but the plan is to expand the bar and restaurant, possible making an indoor/outdoor bar. The restaurant chain hopes to finalize details by the end of the month. "The plan is pretty cool," Stamper said. Helen Fitzgerald's isn't the only Lindbergh Boulevard restaurant to see a menu upgrade in the past few months.
